Valerie Paradiz, PhD is the director of Valerie Paradiz LLC, a consultancy that designs curricula and provides technical assistance and strategic development services to schools, universities, corporations and agencies that support individuals with disabilities. She is also the Executive Director of the Autistic Global Initiative of the Autism Research Institute
Dr. Paradiz is the developer of Integrated Self Advocacy ISA®, an evidence-based program that gives teachers, therapists, service providers, families and people with disabilities hands-on curricula and tools to foster ability in self-advocacy and self-determination. The Center for Integrated Self Advocacy, headed by Dr. Paradiz, provides online courses and certification in the Integrated Self Advocacy ISA® method and curricula.


Valerie Paradiz offers workshops, consulting, professional development and comprehensive program development to schools, agencies, universities and corporations. Valerie also provides consulting services and specialized content development to non-profit organizations and corporations that are committed to supporting families of individuals with disabilities or to diversifying their workforce by employing people with disabilities.
